There are four keys to guard your heart:

  1. Vision

Reflect on the vision that God has placed on your heart for your relationships, your marriage, your work, your study or some other area of your life?

  1. Thoughts and Self-Talk

What are some thoughts that dominate or limit you? What are some thoughts that you need to catch yourself thinking and stop in their tracks?

  1. Negative voices and situations

Are there negative voices and situations that stop you from becoming the disciple God has created you to be? How can you or how have you changed negative environments in your life?

  1. Mentors (Discipler)

Who in your life is becoming more like Jesus that can mentor you and who in your life are a potential mentor or discipler to?
